The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion

Promotion: Customer shall receive a Voucher when they make a purchase which has a total value equal to or in excess of the Qualifying Spend to use on future purchases.

Voucher: £20 voucher for every Qualifying Spend up to the Maximum Voucher Allowance. The Voucher is valid for 2 years from date of issue.

Qualifying Spend: £100 spent in a single transaction on the Website/App, the in-store iPads or in-store during the Promotion Period (Exclusions apply). Where a product purchased is subject to a discount or promotion, only the amount actually paid shall be included in the Qualifying Spend.

Promotion Period: 00:01 on 22/11/2024 until 23:59 on 05/12/2024.

Maximum Voucher Allowance: Each customer shall be entitled to a maximum of 2 vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum voucher value any one customer will receive is £40, including across purchases made on the website, in-store or via the App.

Exclusions:

This Promotion does not apply to:

a) orders placed before or after the Promotion Period; or

b) pre-orders.

The Qualifying Spend does not include:

a) staff discount (including purchases of staff uniform which received a discount);

b) the value of any gift card, voucher or credit note;

c) delivery charges.

  1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend either via the Promoter’s Website, App, in-store or via an in-store iPad, will receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases.

  2. The Voucher will be issued to the Customer via the email address provided when making the Qualifying Spend on the Website, App or using an in-store iPad and will be issued on the latter of either (i) dispatch of your Qualifying Spend order, (ii) when you have collected your Qualifying Spend order (for click and collect purchases), or (ii) within one month of the end of the Promotion Period.

  3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in one of the Promoter’s stores, you will be issued the Voucher at the point of checkout.

  4. All Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of issue.

  5. The Promoter’s usual terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply to the Voucher in additional to these terms. to the Voucher in additional to these terms.

  6. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website, App, using an in-store iPad or in-store.

  7. The Maximum Voucher Allowance shall be applied to your combined orders across the Website, App, using the in-store iPad and/or in-store throughout the duration of the Promotion.

  8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products within that order are later returned:

    a. before the Voucher is used: then the Voucher will be cancelled should the total spend lower the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to zero, or, a new Voucher will be issued in accordance with these terms if the Qualifying Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email; or

    b. after the Voucher is used: then the value of the used Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.

  9. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.

  10. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.

  11. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.

  12. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  13. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.

  14. Employees and agents of the Promoter and its Group companies are only eligible to participate in this Promotion online, as are their relatives or members of their families or household.

  15. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.

  16. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.

  17. The Promotors liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the Promotion, is limited to £50.00 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).

  18. Where the Promotion is advertised on a Platform, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with that Platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter. By participating in the Promotion you agree to complete release of the Platform from any claims in connection with this Promotion. You remain subject to the Platform’s terms and conditions.

  19. Any personal data collected by the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. .

  20. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied.

  21. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
